A MOTHER’S LOVE
How would you describe a mother’s love?
It is a gift that comes from above.
A mother’s love is so pure and true.
Who could love you like mother do?
Even if her child causes her pain,
A mother’s love remains the same.
Mother wants the best for her child,
She is willing to go the extra mile.
A loving mother should be appreciated,
A mother’s love is something God created.
A mother’s love is like the love of Christ,
It’s unconditional and willing to sacrifice.
Thank god for you mother for loving me that way,
You love me with a love I could never repay.
MOTHER
Mother that name means so much,
She raised you with such a loving touch.
She made sacrifices to keep clothes on your back,
And taught you how a young person should act.
You got spankings that you know you deserved,
And at times she got on your nerves.
Love was behind what she did,
And wisdom in every word she said.
She trained you the best she could,
And did things for you no one else would.
She loves you in a very special way,
Remember Mama always not just on Mother’s Day.
Give her flowers before she’s in the grave,
Mother will not be here always.
How would you feel if your mother was gone?
So many people don’t have a mother to call on.
All some have is a precious memory,
Of how good mother use to be.
